Handling the “Everyday” Crisis

Greg Martinelli of Ag Sales Professionals, a training & coaching service for sales professionals & sales leaders, will share how to handle the day to day type crisis that goes on in commercial agribusinesses. Rather than covering major recalls or huge events, he’ll focus on the manageable crises that can occur such as mis-mixed feed, poor customer service from one of your teammates (office/delivery driver), wrong products delivered, accounting errors in a customer’s bill or the rumor mill among producers.
